ZusenZomer works together with a professional warehouse and distributor within Europe. You can expect fast delivery for the next countries:

Netherlands: next day (order before 11.00 pm)

Belgium; 1 day (order before 08.30 pm)

Germany: 1 - 2 days

Luxembourg: 1 - 2 days

Other countries within Europe: 1-7 days

For orders within the Netherlands and Belgium:

For the delivery of items within the Netherlands and Belgium, ZusenZomer charges €2.50 postage. No delivery costs are charged on orders of €35 or more.

For orders within Germany:

For the delivery of items within Germany, ZusenZomer charges €4.50 postage. No delivery costs are charged on orders of €60 or more.

Return shipping costs will be at your expense - unless the item(s) received are faulty or not as ordered. Please note that we only offer exchanges on "change of mind" goods, if the item has been unopened, unused and in their original packaging.

You will receive a refund within 10 days, because it is very busy at the moment.

If it takes you too long, you can always contact us. Do not hesitate, we are happy to help you.

In principle, once placed, orders cannot be cancelled or changed. ZusenZomer works closely with a logistics partner, meaning that all orders are processed immediately for dispatch. Only at weekends or during working days after 5 p.m. is it possible to cancel or change orders. In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible, so that we can take the necessary actions.  All order cancellations and changes are then confirmed by email. You will also be sent a message informing you of the return amount you are to receive.

Once your package is shipped, you’ll receive an email which includes a tracking link. From the tracking page, you'll be able to see your estimated delivery date. Note: this can only be done the following morning. A track & trace is also available for small packages sent via letter post (including DHL). generally these packages are delivered in the letterbox the next working day.

Pack the item(s) to be returned in the original packaging bag/box (where still in reasonable condition) or in other protective packaging, to prevent damage during transport. Please ensure that sufficient postage is paid on the return parcel being sent to ZusenZomer. Returns are at the customer’s risk and the costs of return are at the customer’s expense. ZusenZomer will credit the value of the returned goods to your account within a week of receiving the return. ZusenZomer credits the entire purchase amount, including the initial delivery costs (when the order contains 1 item). For further information, please refer to our Returns Procedure.

Yes. When placing your order, you can indicate a delivery address other than your home address.

You can enter your discount or gift voucher code in your Shopping Cart. At the lower left-hand side of the screen, there is a ‘gift voucher’ field. Click on ‘Enter’ and you see the discount appear automatically. Should the code not work, let us know and we will take steps to remedy the situation. Simply email your name, the code type (gift voucher or discount) and the actual code you have received to: info@ZusenZomer.com.
