Ordering from ZusenZomer is quick and easy, and you don’t have to set up an account to do so. Your personal details and online payment are processed in a secure environment. The information on our website, such as whether items are in stock, is always up to date, and all prices include VAT. After you have submitted your order, you will automatically receive an order confirmation email including your order details. ZusenZomer dispatches all orders to destinations in the Netherlands within 2 days via PostNL, with postage costs shared. You can follow the progress of your order via Track & Trace. Service is of the utmost importance to ZusenZomer. Therefore every order is handled with great care

Online payment to ZusenZomer is secure, fast and reliable. We guarantee that your payment is carried out in a secure internet environment. We offer several payment alternatives:

  • Payment via iDEAL
    Payment to ZusenZomer can be made quickly and easily via iDeal.
  • Payment via PayPal
    You can also make your secure online payment to ZusenZomer via PayPal once you have set up a free PayPal account.
  • Payment via Mister Cash (Belgium)
    Are you from Belgium? Payment to ZusenZomer can be made quickly and easily via Mister Cash.
  • Payment via SOFORT banking (Belgium and Germany)

Delivery cost & times

Delivery time (The Netherlands)

All orders for destinations in the Netherlands are delivered to your home within 1 working day. In other words, once your order has been placed before 11.00 p.m , it should be delivered the next day. However, orders that are placed at weekends are delivered the following Tuesday. All our orders are delivered via standard mail or parcel post by DHL. Very occasionally, DHL does not manage to deliver next day. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do about this.

Delivery time (outside Netherlands)

The standard delivery time for destinations outside the Netherlands is 1 to 7 days, depending on the country and the type of package, i.e. standard mail or Track & Trace parcel service.

For the delivery of items to addresses in the Netherlands and Belgium, ZusenZomer charges €2.50 postage.  No delivery costs are charged on orders of €35 or more. Stated below you will also find the delivery costs for the other countries outside the Netherlands (and Belgium).

*standard mail rate applies in the case of some lighter hammam towels within the Netherlands. This depends on the type/size and usually applies to orders of max. 1 hammam towel (see product details). 

Delivery of the parcel

During the ordering process, you can indicate whether you want your parcel to be delivered at home or to a different address, for example your office address.

As soon as the parcel has been dispatched to DHL (or DPD for outside Netherlands), you will receive an email with dispatch confirmation and a link to your Track & Trace code. With this code you can trace your parcel with ease. If you are not at home when DHL attempts delivery, DHL will redeliver the next working day or the following Saturday. If your parcel cannot be delivered at the second attempt, you will receive a notification from DHL stating where the parcel can be collected (usually the closest DHL Service Point). In this way, you don’t have to wait at home for delivery of your parcel, yet you can still receive it quickly!

Exchanging or returning your order

Returning your order

Please note the following with regard to returns:

  • Pack the item(s) to be returned in the original packaging bag/box (where still in reasonable condition) or in other protective packaging, to prevent damage during transport. Please ensure that sufficient postage is paid on the return parcel being sent to ZusenZomer.
  • Returns are at the customer’s risk and the costs of return are at the customer’s expense.* ZusenZomer advises that return parcels be sent by registered post and that you keep your proof of dispatch. Should your return get lost, you can then claim from the postal company.
  • ZusenZomer will credit the value of the returned goods to your account within a week of receiving the return. ZusenZomer credits the entire purchase amount, including the initial delivery costs (when the order contains 1 item).

*If the reason for return is either delivery of another item than that ordered, or a complaint, the costs of return postage are also reimbursed.

Exchanging one or more items

Exchanging one or more items is always possible. Should you desire to do so, the item you want to exchange first needs to be returned. The mentioned return procedure applies in such cases. A fresh order must then be placed for the new item(s) via the web-shop. Once ZusenZomer has received the item you wish to exchange, the purchase price and the delivery and return costs of the item in question will be reimbursed.

The following will not be accepted as returns:

- Items that have been damaged or used.

- Items that have not been purchased from the ZusenZomer webshop.
